My wife is having trouble with her Apple Watch 6 cellular which shows the plan and seems to have all the correct settings but has stopped making and receiving calls when out of range of iPhone.
I have tried calling o2 help but they have not resolved the issue. My question is can I remove the plan and restore it myself or do we need o2 to restore it?

Many of these iWatch issues have needed help from O2, @Juan23.
This is a forum made up of customers of O2, like yourself, and some former O2 customers.
If you want to bring this to O2's attention, outside of the (scripted) Webchat and the phone 202 CS, try the O2 Social Media Team - all the ways are in the link just below, @Juan23 - good luck!

Further to my original post, I believe the issue relates to a message my wife got saying o2 had turned off 4G and you may not be able to make calls. Since she could still use her iPhone XR for calls we didn’t think there was a problem. However since then she has not been able to make or receive calls on her Apple Watch Series 6 cellular.
I tried going to mobile in settings and putting VoLTE on and got the message Cannot activate 4G calls. To enable calls on this account contact o2.
