My 02 app has stopped working . It will not let me get past the log in I just get a message saying oops something went wrong. My phone is iPhone 6 Plus and has been installed for years. I have visited the 02 shop but they tried everything (cleared cache,deleted and installed et etc) but couldn’t resolve the problem. Strangely my wife’s iPhone 5 has also just developed this problem. I wondered if o2 had upgraded the app past iOS 12 but not the case apparently.
can anyone help ?
