I have a Moto G63 5G phone that has stopped showing the caller ID for incoming calls. Problem started suddenly in January after a system update. I really need to be able to see the caller ID correctly - does anyone know of a fix for this?

This is a known problem with o2 @TenaciousPug , to the point where they have created a bolt on to fix it.

It is called the CLI Presentation - see below.

If that does not work then o2 would have to do a rebuild of your entire account - a master "turn it off and on again" if you like.

In both instances you need to contact customer services, either by calling or using social media. Numbers and links are in this guide:

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

As my previous reply, you need to contact customer services to get the bolt on @TenaciousPug
