Can anyone help me please ? I’ve searched the group but there seems to be no solution.
I’ve been on chat for 2 days with people telling they’ve activated etc and it’s still doesn’t work. Yesterday, a phone call which lasted for over an hour resulted in her telling me it should work ! I explained it will not let me activate, I just keep getting the message “ activation error” . She said she would get someone fro tech support to contact me within 24 hours and obviously this hasn’t happened. It’s beyond frustrating not to mention a waste of time Why offer the extra when you take out a new contract and are unable to use it !?
Any one actually know the solution?

Thanks for your reply . I’ve tried it all… just goes to Amazon and says “ activation error”.
it seems I’m not the only one this has happened to. Seem pot luck of you get an advisor that knows what to do or not .

Seems to be a few problems this week with Amazon @Maudey
