Hi
Any advice would be appreciated.
The ‘add ESim’ option on my iPhone is no longer there.
I have previously used this option on this IPhone 13, and had dual sims but the option has completely disappeared.
Anyone know why that is or how to get it back?
I have a pay monthly account with O2 and had no problems having an eSIM on this phone previously.

I assume you have rebooted first?
Settings >Mobile service >add esim ?

Tried rebooting, calling Apple Support, airplane mode on/off, reset network and all settings, mobile data on/off …
but no luck at all.
There yesterday and gone today.

How many esims have you previously installed on this device ?
There's a long thread here on Apple community https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254833775?sortBy=rank
Might also be worth checking with Apple https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

Thank you so much for the advice.
Going to book an appointment at the nearest Genius Bar for this weekend.

Oh and sorry in response to your first question. I only have 1 physical sim (my o2 sim) currently installed on the phone.

There was mention of the failure of the esim module in that forum post @rhythm_divine
Definitely get Apple to check this for you.
