Dear sir,

I opened an account in (REMOVED), i had issues of old accounts and deleted the wrong account, i tried to reinstate that account, but communications with India were impossible and kept being disconnected , after 3 hours i gave up . I decided to open another account with o2 but the old account that is no longer in use and you need to delete this from your records and not charge on the direct debit . I am giving you notification that this has been done . I have tried other methods of contacting O2 but its a dysfunctional service and not geared up for direct communication. (REMOVED)

Regretfully this is not O2 but a community of customers. You will have to persevere with O2

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
