I have been trying for 3 days now to add a discount to my account but the website keeps saying there is a technical error. I found a post from someone who had this before, but it was resolved within a day or so.
Does anyone know who I can contact to either get an idea of when the website will be back or get the discount added in a different way?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
