A week after transfer of number no one can call me - cant send or receive any texts!

After a week following transfer of number from Lycamobile to O2 still have no texts working and cannot receive calls from anyone.  A CS agent told me to do a general reset - not a network reset and now I have lost all my cards from my wallet and because I can’t receive OTP texts I am now unable to add my cards back in - after I raised concerns she said she would call back but didn’t because that’s part of the problem - so no one can call me and texts don’t work - This is massively frustrating and beyond a joke!!!

You need to get Customer Services to pass the issue to the Porting Team so that they can liase with Lycamobile, to fix what will be more than likely Lyca not doing something simple, like putting forwarding on for SMS and Calls.  Be aware it can take around 5 days to fix these issues.

 

A network reset wont fix this issue, so the CS Agent is talking cabbages...
