I have 2 sim only accounts with O2 but can only access 1 account in the My O2 app. Can you advise how I can view both accounts ?

At the moment merging of accounts is suspended whilst the move from Virgin takes place.

The only way is to create another My O2 account for the missing number using a different email address

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
