I have two issues with my phone:  1) Inbound callers cannot hear me at all

2)  I cannot use my camera  as I get a message saying: 'security policy prevents use of camera'

This is very frustrating as my phone is now practically useless. Any suggestions to rectify the problems, please?

@jegra55 Don't know what phone you have, but You can reach O2 support via social media:

@jegra55

Difficult to advise with out knowing more info but probably worth speaking the the phones manufacturer to run some diagnostic checks,

point 2 sounds like you have a Mobile Device Management application is installed or you have blocked the camera app from been used...

If it isnt an employer provided phone then go through any apps you have installed and check permissions on your phone..

If it is then speak to your employer
