I have been informed that I will be charged for using my phone in France. Please forward a copy of the contract that I signed and indicate the relevant areas that pertain to this charge.

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts. Also being an open forum you need to edit your post (use drop down menu by clicking arrow to top right of your post) and remove your number as you leave yourself open to spam or worse.
Roaming in France comes out of your inclusive allowance with a max 25GB of data.
The proviso are no more than 63 days roaming in any 180 day period

You have copies on email already.
They are sent to you prior to contract acceptance.
