Hello, i've been having some trouble recently. I decided to leave o2 and go to GiffGaff so i started the number transfer to GiffGaff.
I rang o2 to cancel my contract and the salesman gave me a better deal so i decided to stay with o2 and i was told by the sales team member that my number will not be transferred to Giffgaff. Now my number has been transferred to giffgaff and my o2 sim disconnected.
I have rang o2 customer service and i'm getting no where..please help
