I'm trying to view upgrade deals but can seem to view any of my details anymore when I go into my o2 and click on the phone number link. Anyone any idea if this is down right now? Assuming it means i need to go into shop but would really like to collect new device tomorrow if possible.

My O2 is working for me. Maybe try later to see if it's stopped glitching.

If not, as you want the phone quickly, a trip to your nearest O2 shop seems to be your only option. You will need to take ID.
