Hello all, i’ve read a few posts on the forum about people having the same issue but wanted to ask anyway as the posts are always decades old lol but i’ve got this text come through yesterday around 4pm saying this “O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.” i ordered my upgrade on the 1st december and i know that it won’t dispatch quickly but it is coming up as the delivery date being 03/12/24, which is today, yet i have had no confirmation email regarding dispatch at all, and these normally come through around 7pm the day before. i’m stuck and keep going round in circles with o2 live chat and customer service. someone help!!!!

We have no access here to such information. Orders and deliveries on O2 do seem a mess.

You could try the Sales Team on the 0800 number

Looks like you should contact the sales team they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

 Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

 

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

 I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on 3rd December, was due for delivery on 4th December. I have also received the same text as you daily. On the app, my order still says processing. I haven't contacted o2 since I very much doubt they will be very helpful about it. Sadly I think there clearly is a backlog of all orders or something, or a warehouse issue like they have said to others recently and we will just have to wait. Please let me know if you get yours soon though! hopefully we wont be waiting too long.
