upgrade or leave!

Hi I am trying to either upgrade or leave O2. Waited 20minutes!?! On the phone yesterday and now again for10minutes cant get through! This is terribly frustrating as I cant seems to navigate to the right page on this site either!  how can I get hold of someone???

You'll just have to hang on - it's a free call from your mobile. It does seem to be particularly busy at the moment for some reason so maybe try at different times of the day. You shuld be able to navigate to your upgrade options through "My O2"

Or walk into your local 02 high-street store or CPW , upgrade and walk away with the phone instead of waiting in for a delivery or non delivery in some cases !!

Yeah, for some reason lately it does seem a lot busier than usual. A lot of comments on here regarding this.

Originally we all thought it was t do with the release of the S4 but that should be dying down now surely.

Have to agree with bandofbrothers, go to an o2 shop.

I've had too many phones go 'missing' in transit, even one occasion when they left the card and I went to pick the phone up and lo and behold it had 'vanished' from the depot.
