unknown debt.

I recently checked my credit score and noticed that it came up that I had a 500 pound debt on there from O2 which i have no knowledge of. I'm not behind on anypayments and am not sure why I have this random debt that doesnt show up on my O2 but for somereaoson is hampering my credit score. Not sure what this is if anyone has an idea, thanks.

As much relevant info as you can for them to find the reason.

Name, address, previous address, O2 phone number etc.

If they need more, they'll email you anyway.

Note, it can take 10 working days for a reply.
