I currently use a pay as you go Lebara SIM card, but I decided to buy a monthly contract SIM from O2 keeping the same phone number. I placed my order on the 25th of November and received an email on the same day that my order has been submitted and that I should expect the SIM within 3-5 working days. Today is the 10th of December and I still haven't received it. I would like to track this order. I would be grateful if somebody could help.

Details of your order should be in My O2 but after this length of time you really need to call customer service as the sim card could have gone astray in the post.
