Aren't the numbers to contact o2 already pre loaded onto sim cards for payg?
They certainly used to be.
When I was PAYG 2 years ago.....as soon as I inserted the sim into my phone the 4444 and 4445 numbers went immediately into my contacts (without any input from me)

That is what I thought so why do members not know how to contact o2? Do o2 need to be clearer? In my opinion they already are and people can be lazy and not look.
Would have been quicker and I am sure they would have seen the numbers in their numbers list at some point

@Anonymous
Given you have only joined this thread this evening it is clear you have misread the thread.
It started with "How to contact o2".
My posts were in response to the conversation where some come here not knowing how to contact o2 when actually the first port of call is in their handset.
There was no reference to how difficult it was if you had contact details. Indeed had you read the posts correctly you will see that part of my comments was asking whether o2 provide this information clearly enough.
Therefore please show respect to other members and avoid inappropriate language. This is a customer to customer forum.
