Hello, I have just paid off my balance due which was something like £29 via the phone, but yet it still says balance due £29 anyone know when it will update to say I have paid?

Within 24 hours if done through the automated payment line

Hi 

I paid my bill on the 24th as direct debit, but on here it still says i owe £21.61,

why doesnt it say i've paid? can anyone help!?

Call customer service on 202 to clarify. Are you on Refresh whereby there are two direct debits? Also check your bank to make sure the direct debit has been cleared.
