I bought my sim card as part of a Virgin broadband ' PACKAGE'.
I cancelled the Virgin 'PACKAGE' before start of service. Virgin cancelled with no problems.
When I tried to cancel my sim I was told it was not part of the 'PACKAGE' and I would have to pay a whopping £190 to cancel.
So it seems O2 is part of the 'PACKAGE' when buying but not when cancelling.
Is this really so or am I been conned?

It's a known issue as two individual billing systems are used.
I'll ask @O2Jonathan to assist.
