i would like to transfer my old giff gaff number to my new o2 pay monthly number, how do i do that??

Ask giffgaff for your PAC and give the code to O2 either by calling or the online form.

@Anonymous As @jonsie has said, you need to request your PAC from GiffGaff. Even though GG runs on the O2 network it is consider a different provider.
