My wifes phone is not receiving all calls and texts. If i sit at the side of her and ring from my ee iphone, it goes straight to voicemail. Why is this happening? our daughters cant even get in touch with her after school either. Its not her phone becouse our daughters have an i phone 4 and 4s, both on o2, clearly an o2 fault! c'mon o2 whats going on? i might have to move all 3 of them to EE so they can contact each other when school finishes. Oh by the way, we are actually paying for this appalling lack of service.

This forum is for customers. Apart from the moderators, O2 don't monitor this site. I'm free, within the bounds of decency, to say what I like. If you're unhappy with the service you get from O2, vote wth your wallet and move. You coming to the forum and threatening to move your contracts to another provider is neither here nor there to me. If you thought that saying that in your original post would make someone from O2 sit up and take notice, you were very much mistaken.

Impressed with your self control chaps
Well I can understand the frustration when someone's phone won't work, but there's little point asking for help on an official forum if you aren't going to believe what you're told.
If anyone posts incorrect information we always try and make sure it's pointed out.

Can I ask how long you have been having problem? If a mast is down, hopefully it's fairly recent and they will repair as soon as possible. If you are tied into contracts then your options are governed by remaining period and tariff you are paying.
If you are pay and go then all options are available and if this has dragged on for a prolonged period then think about changing. Hope it's resolved soon for you.
