I have a 635 open from Carphone warehouse and on o2 sim only how do I get windows version cortana???

If you read the posts in this link it appears as if it's not available yet for the UK 635 unless you follow a workaround if you have the right version of the phone:

I'm still waiting for Cortana on my 530 too but we have to wait for MS to roll it out to UK versions.
You can change your phones region to one that already has Cortana or register for developer previews but these are just workarounds until MS get their act together.
