I have tried to add on to my F&F account a simo contract - to be informed it is a 30 day sign up, when informed in the shop it was 90 days - I can't get the discount now?

If you wish you could contact customer services and repeat what you were told instore Guide: How to find help & contact O2 though I doubt it will help if they stick to the guidelines.

The O2 employess needs to add F&F discount. You can't do it yourself.

The customer can only apply themselves for Family plan or Open discount, which are both 30 day sign up limited.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
