@RB Is this a sim swap or a new sim in a new phone? Make sure the sim has been inserted correctly. If so, and still not working, call customer service for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402, or if you have an O2 store nearby, call in and they will replace the sim and set it all up for you.

Sounds like something has gone wrong @RB.
Try removing your sim card and giving it a wipe with a clean dry cloth.
If that doesn't work, if you have a spare phone you can try your sim card in that - if it works, the problem might be your phone.
You can also call customer services and ask for a new sim, or visit your local o2 shop (with photo ID) and they can get it set up for you.
