Dpd collected phone today,was under impression theyd give me replacement phone but have not, will it turn up tomorrow? Payed the 90 pound option

The best option is to call Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from another o2 phone.

Sometimes delivery and collections are done on different vans with DPD.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
