Hi just upgraded, promised Apple Music for 6 months, I haven’t received any message or notification about this? Anyone else been given Apple Music? How do you activate it?

subscribe and start enjoying your favourite Apple Music tracks.

If you’ve purchased an eligible airtime tariff, you will need the O2 Priority app downloaded to redeem the offer.
We’ll send you an SMS within a few days linking you to your unique registration code in O2 Priority. Tap ‘Copy and go to site’ and enter your details to subscribe to Apple Music

If you haven't received your code you need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
