brought a used sim wanted to register in my details, but its already registered in someone else email and i dont have there password. what are my options?

@Anonymous  It's my understanding that unless the original owner of the sim contacted O2 directly and transferred ownership over to you, then it is not your sim. The original owner would need to contact O2, and you would both need to be present when that call is made.

Just get the log in details for the account you bought then once logged in you can change it.

not helpful! i contacted the guy i bought it of he said he bought it of the original owner 2yrs back, i have sent the original owner an email but no reply!
