reward for forces veteran discount

im ready for an upgrade and i seen that i can get a discount using my reward for forces card.

ive registered for o2 open and uploaded my civvi pay slip as i was told to by an online helper, but i dont think that will qualify for the discount as it does not prove i have served.

 

has any1 used this before and have i done it right

You can text OPEN followed by the company name to 61202 and it will confirm your eligibilty and the O2 Open code to use.(All in the guide)

ive done all that using code arm01

 

i dont want to upgrade my phone and o2 say i cant have the discount when other phone companies offer discount too.  i want to stay on o2

You can only get the discount when taking a new or upgrading your contract.
It cannot be added to a current contract retrospectively.

We can only offer help from our guide above. You could speak to your HR Dept and ask if the code is different. You should be eligible... so if having continued issues then maybe give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Ah I see you have yet to upgrade. This will be the reason.New contract/upgrade required to be eligible
