my stepson has lost his mobile phone , we require a replacement sim, (mobile number xxxxx xxxxxx), also he has a charge of £4.99 in september for itunes , we do not knso what that is for, why cannot i access previous months ibvoices to find out out how long it has been going on for, can you explain what the charge for

Please remove your mobile number from this forum.

You will need to call o2 on 202 or 0844 809 0202 or use live chat at (https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus)
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.


With regards to the iTunes charges you will need to check through itunes itself, or speak to apple support (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/billing)
o2 wont be able to tell you what your step son has bought, but he will have registered his number as the payment option as it is a double opt-in process.
