Does anyone know about this situation about repaired or refurbished handsets after 14 days? shorley not on when you pay for a brand new phone and then get given a refurbed unit within a month but you are still paying for the brand new phone. sure ofcom would have something to say about this as its not in 02's T&C

Wait a minute. This is the first time you've mentioned the phones. Firstly, how do you know the phone is 8 months old, and why would they replace your q10 with an iPhone?

problem was got a brand new q10 which never worked so 02 replaced on their 14 day rule. 5 weeks later this phone broke sent to be repaired but couldnt be fixed, didnt tell me but they replaced with a refurb. 6 weeks later this phone has now broken and got told i could change phones so went to the iphone 5. this turned up stating refurb and used on the box. trading standards told me to talk to apple to find out how old the unit was just gave them the ime no.

Well it seems to me that you, and O2, have complicated the issue by your agreeing to accept a different phone. It will be interesting to see what the outcome of this is.

It just shows how much you have failed to follow what we have been telling you, I told you to get in touch with Trading Standards in my second post!

No body is trying to score points off you, but first you didn't give the full story and secondly the advice given to you here has been correct.

It's taken five pages to get you to listen and I hope you now will get this sorted out.

Go back and read your responses, I know you're wrong and you know it, I thought you were beginning to understand, obviously not so I'll leave to to it.

I hope your claim succeeds and it could if handle it correctly.
