refund my deposit

hello i want get back my deposit from my o2 account. I called them but they asked me for a password, i gave them my password but they said that this password is wrong. I dont understand whats wrong ? which password do i need to give them my o2 account pasword where i go in internet or is there someone else password?

A password set up to go into your my02 account I believe.

It's not the password you use to access your account on here. It's a "secret question" type of question.

It used to be that they asked you the question as a hint to the answer like " what's the name of your favourite teacher" or something. Then for some reason they decided to stop asking the question, and just ask for it as a "password" which causes a great deal of confusion I should imagine when people already have passwords on here.

If you look in MyO2 and log into your account, then click My details> My security details, you will see your online password.
