Hi, I just moved to O2 yesterday and took out a 2 year pay monthly contract. During the purchase process I was asked if I had a code to enter for a cost reduction. I did have a code via my 'blue light card' which I entered and it was accepted. At the end of the purchase process I could not see that my discount had been applied. I have tried to phone (no luck during the current climate), and I've tried to email someone at O2 but cannot find anywhere on the site that allows me to do this?
Can anyone offer up some advice or had the same issue? (better still does anyone have an O2 email address?
