re connect old phone number

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am trying to reconnect my old Phone number but I can't find how to on the website.

I was a pay monthly custumer and I would like to become a pay as you go customer now.

My account has obvioulsy been closed and I would like to have the same phone number as before, please.

@Anonymous Be aware that if the number has not been active for a certain amount of time then it will have gone back into the system & allocated to another customer
