wispa has a Nokia 515 hence the suggestion to use PC Suite.
Anything else will just confuse the situation here.

Never noticed the earlier post mentioning the phone model, if I had I wouldn't have bothered posting my reply.

Hi @Anonymous just to say I've watched/listened to your educational tech personal video = some time ago ..... I don't do tech for tech's sake, it's just not where I'm coming from, but I did like your 'performance' not least because of your voice let alone tech knowledge

I've always had a Nokia phone & hope I always will (there's brand loyalty for you Smiley Very Happy) I'm not convinced atm & even when my 24mth contract runs out with this phone & O2 I will even get a smartphone = our O2 community Top Gun MI5 himself has a lorra lorra patience with me as some threads I can name will testify - sometimes I just can't see the wood for the trees ..... but either yesterday or very early this morning I had a bit of an epiphany ..... = ..... it's the word 'technology' which scares the brown stuff out of me & I suppose also that its electronic, & I don't understand any electronics at all eg lithium platform/feed back to lithium = what is it, lithium as I know it is in superior batteries & I personally have had offerred to me little white tablets of lithium as a medical treatment for an ailment of mine = I refused that, my son att did not want me to take the tablets either = plenty of alternative prescribed drugs for my ailment none of which power my laptop

sorry have gone off topic, but was just trying to let Fatboy know how much of a blank canvas I am with tech stuff = well sort of anyway

I await delivery of connection cable slight_smile
