How to contact O2 to ask pre-sales technical question?

Hi All,
I'm losing the will to live trying to get hold of O2 to ask a simple question pivotol to making a decision on signing up for a new contract.
Webchat is supposed to be open until 8pm but I cannot find any way of accessing this service, nor can I find any kind of email address.
Any suggestions?

Hi Peeps,
Thanks so much for your replies. I've looked at all the methods of contact available and nothing seems relevant. It appears O2's Sales Department are currently shut down for new business enquiries so I'll have to park this or go elsewhere.
Resellers are unable to answer my query and have stated I must talk to O2. I need O2's direct assurance on something before I commit and get scuppered, preferably in writing, so regrettably the community can't help on this.

No problems, if it is a complex question then i doubt Pre Sales would be able to help, or Customer Services especially if resellers cant answer your question.
