Hi,I have a problem order 2 days ago a mobile phone which should be delivered today and I still waiting.I've got the txt message about delivery time and supposed to be between 8.30-13.30 by UKMAIL, on their website it says that the phone was delivered and signed by the recipient, but it is impossible, because waited all day and even have left no card, I tried to get through to them and nothing, now do not know what to do.

We do use DPD for a lot of things.

Upgrades/New Connections tend to go through UKMail.

Everything else really is DPD. Returns/Repairs/Doorstep Swaps/Orders within contract etc. It tends to come from DPD.

I agree, I think DPD are far better.

No Idea - I would assume we got a better deal with them?

They are doing a good job though - after everything with Yodel, it is essential that O2 make sure customers can trust their delivery timescales.

Yodel was a farce. Not o2s fault though.

Fingers crossed uk mail sort themselves out.
