how do i stop a premium text coming out my account.

You need to contact O2 and ask them to apply Bar all Direct to Bill Debit (Charge to Mobile) to your account.

Also a Premium bar which stops you making calls to Premium numbers.

@BW1 You can call 202 from your phone if you're on Pay Monthly or 4445 if you're on Pay and Go. You can also reply back to the message with the word STOP.

I have just woken up today to £10 of charges on my bill after O2 took my bar off my account a few weeks ago as apparently that was the reason I couldn’t call anyone.

Just called on 202 got straight through, spoke to a lovely lady who’s removing the extra cost off this months bill and putting the bar back on, can’t fault it! Great service.
