You could try ringing CS to see if it can be cancelled. If not.. you do have a 14 day cooling off period

Thank you. whats putting me off the S7 is my partner has the S6 and has no end of problems with it and Samsung keep fobbing her off so thinking i might stick with Apple...
I'm surprised to hear this about your partners S6. Never known Samsung to be problematic about a phone still under warranty. The S7 seems like an awesome piece of kit to be honest.

Yeah it definitly does look brilliant and i'd love it to be honest but the one thing i can't fault Apple on is if i've ever had a problem they have changed the phone... Where as we have been to the Samsung repair place 2 weeks in a row and will be 3 visits by friday. First they said it was the screen and changed it but the same problem came back so then they said the phone had a virus although it didn't make it all the way through coz the phone had managed to fight it off but was injured in the process if you know what i mean. Does't make sense to me....

At the end of the day it's your choice. Apple only give 12months warranty though and you do get 2 years with Samsung....:smileywink:

You shouldn't have a problem cancelling a pre-order so give customer service a call. To be honest, you can have problems with any phone and yes, Apple customer care is second to none. Just bear in mind their 12 month warranty unless you take out Apple Care. Personally I would get the phone, as said you can always cancel the contract if the phone isn't to your liking. If you ask any of the regulars on here they will tell you that Samsung phones don't normally give problems. I have had Samsung phones for the last 5 years without any issues at all apart from a battery replacement under warranty on the Note 4.
