pay & go customers who have a post code tariff, Must they make call from post code area in which they live. E.G> if it is NE6, must all calls be made from this area only

If that is the Favourite Place tariff, then you only get the free call from inside your postcode area.

You could certainly make calls outside your post code. You'd just have to pay for them.
