Hi everyone

Why is it so hard to port my onld number from three to o2

Its been 72Hours now and 2 calls to customer service and still not been ported, 

Think i will gve up and join EE.

It's down to O2 to chase up the porting files if they haven't been received but I need to know the date given for the porting process as it could be Mon or Tues next week anyway.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Porting is done by a 3rd party so you'd be having the same problem with EE too.
When did they say it would be done on your email?

As well as an email you normally get text updates with a date for the porting to take place.

The porting team do work Saturday but I can't speak for the other networks.

I'm sure the porting was to be done within 48 hours? Clearly there is an issue here and hope you get it sorted.

It could potentially still happen today as it is up to 9.00pm but if not it won't be before Monday for sure.
48 hours is the norm but occasionally it can take longer.
