Hi,
i moved from Virgin to O2 recently. I have my old number ported out successfully from Virgin this morning and i can no longer receive any signal with my Virgin Sim.
However, i am still on my temp new number with O2. Normally how long does it takes to complete the whole port in process at O2? It was really smooth last time when i was moving from giffgaff to Virgin - just a minutes.
I am worrying of losing my old number now. Tried to call CS and they just keep asking me to wait....

Keep rebooting the new phone/sim @NG2
It can take up to 24 hours, but is normally quicker than that.
