poor reception, getting worse, lockerbie area

hello there, is anybody else experiencing simialr problems? it seems that for the past six months maybe more, the reception in my area is getting worse. i am not the only who has noticed this issue, many other o2 users i know are also experieincing the same issues!

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

report it to O2.

It would help if anyone else you know also reports it.

I have noticed this in the G82, and G84 areas. I am aware of at least 5 other O2 customers experiencing the same problems. Customer service say there is nothing wrong with the service????
