Resolved! USING 02 REWARDS IN-STORE

I have seen a phone I like at my local 02 shop can I use my rewwards to pay for this. I have telephoned the store the phone is in stock but they cannot tell me over the phone if I can use my rewards to pay for it and I don't want a wasted journey.

Extremely poor customer service
