my account has been hacked woke up to missed calls and a message saying my security password has changed and my phone has no network signal so i cant call anyone. can i talk to amyone online?

i cant find anywhere to talk to someone online their is no live chat and skype link didnt work.

i woke up to missed calls the other day from o2 i called back and got asn automated response of everything is ok call wasnt important.
then i get a text saying "sorry we couldnty process sim swap" and another text saying ive changed my security question and now i have no network signal or 4g, i have not authorised any of this and cant get in contact with o2.
shops are closed (understandably)
on phone i get automated response of to busy and it hangs up
live chat doesnt work says too busy
skype doesnt work
ive emailed they asked for account details, i sent them 4 days ago with no repsonse.
its been 4 days now with no phone does anyone have any ideas??

Unfortunately due to the current crisis O2 are running a reduced service.
You could report it to thefraud team if you think your phone has been hacked
