I travelled outside UK on 26/09/2023 and returned on 26/10/2023. During this period I put my phone off and never used O2 services; as evidenced by inability to receive your calls. Neither did I read your smses. To my utter dismay, I was billed to the tune of £31.00 in September and another £11.00 extra charges against November.
I do want the overseas charges, for no service usage, (for both Sept and Nov) cancelled and the Sept overcharges refunded as soon as possible.

@Conny This is not O2. This is a customer community.
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Did you physically turn off the phone, or did you leave it on, as some apps will over ride the settings on the phone..
Also for o2 to bill you the overseas networks have to see your phone connect either via, data, sms or calls for you to be charged..
And from what you have written, your phone was on, as just because you dont read the texts or answer the calls then that means your phone is still on.
Sounds like these charges are legit, unless you can prove to o2 that your phone was completely powered down whilst overseas

Well something triggered these charges. If the phone was off O2 would have no idea you were abroad.
