Hi. I tried to pay my bill online and I keep having error, I tried to pay it by the phone- payment failed, but I have Visa so they should accept it. Did anyone have similar problem? Do you have any number to O2 customer service?

It may be worth just doing a quick check with your card company too.

Cust services use the same system that is on My O2 for payment. One of the most common failures is post code, have you moved address recently? Sometimes card companies can take a while to update system and therefore try to use old post code.
