i need to get an itemised breakdown of the bill due, as i need to reclaim some of the costs associated with it

Contact Customer Services on 202 from your mobile to request a copy for contract customers.

Instead of contact Customer Services and waiting for postage, access your My O2 account online, at the bottom of the bill there is an option to create PDF which can be printed. Just the exact same as what will be sent to you.
