Log into your MyO2, go to bills section and click on make a payment http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

hello i added a bolt on of 20gb and now i dont need it my hours have been cut in half so struggling to pay bills

You could arrange a payment plan but it may result in suspension of your phone services whilst there is an outstanding balance.
