Hello, i made a card payment yesterday to my account and have accidentally paid my air time twice. can you please refund the £34.70 over paid

It will remain as a credit on your account and be used to pay next months airtime bill, if you choose to leave it there.

As long as CS is aware of the mistake made. Personally I would be contacting them whatever the OP chooses to do. They did ask for a refund in their opening post.....
